The availability and performance of these services may depend on the applicable third-party provider. Gour Corporation is not responsible for failures or changes caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

You agree not to use GOUR to:

• Gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gour Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or relating to your use of GOUR.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Gour Corporation relating to the service will generally not exceed the amount paid by you to Gour Corporation for the applicable period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your GOUR subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation prevents the subscription from automatically renewing for the next billing period.

You will generally retain access through the end of the current paid billing period.

3.2 Refunds

Because GOUR is a digital software service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Gour Corporation approves a refund at its discretion.

3.3 Billing Problems
